Collagen type-I CNBr peptides were separated under acidic conditions by capillary electrophoresis. Separation conditions were: 100 mM phosphate buffer pH 2.5, 50 cm x 50 microns capillary (placed in a cartridge), 8 kV, running time 30-45 min, detection by UV at 200 nm.
